Order Cancellation

  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return upon receiving the order by following our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Cancellation Process

  • Confirmation: Once your cancellation request is received, we will confirm the cancellation and process your refund (if applicable) within 7-10 business days.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to your credit card account. If you paid by UPI or net banking, the refund will be credited to your respective account.

Exceptions

  • Customized Products: Orders for customized or personalized products cannot be canceled once the customization process has begun.
  • Special Promotions: Orders placed during special promotions or sales events may have different cancellation terms, which will be specified during the promotion period.

Amendments to Orders

  • If you wish to make changes to your order (e.g., change of size, color, or product), please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Amendments can only be made before the order is dispatched.
